With remote-control operation, reliable safety features and the ability to perform 360-degree turns in tight spaces, OMNI is the ideal solution for applications where high load capacity and omnidirectional maneuverability are essential. Each omnidirectional platform cart can be configured according to the load, route, available space and required handling cycle.

Designed and manufactured in Italy, OMNI is a heavy-duty platform cart with multidirectional battery-powered drive and an integrated self-loading system. Its main strengths include:

Omnidirectional steering for complex maneuvers

OMNI’s distinctive feature is its omnidirectional steering system, designed to move heavy loads with maximum precision even in restricted areas. This multidirectional electric trolley can perform six main movements:

• 90° steering, to move sideways or change direction without wide turning maneuvers;
• Carousel steering, to rotate the trolley around its own center;
• Diagonal or crab steering, to move the load along oblique paths;
• Compass steering, to rotate around a defined point and position the load with high accuracy;
• Coordinated steering, with both front and rear wheel units turning, to reduce the turning radius;
• Conventional steering, steering just front or rear wheel units, for wide and regular paths.

Enhanced productivity

OMNI reduces the need for cranes thanks to its lifting deck, which allows heavy loads to be lifted and moved precisely where required.

Thanks to its modular design and high load-bearing capacity, OMNI is suitable for handling both small and extremely heavy loads, with capacities exceeding 200 tons per trolley.

Adaptibility to limited spaces

OMNI is extremely compact and can maneuver even in narrow spaces thanks to its various electric steering options, including 90°, carousel, diagonal, and compass steering.

Suitable for different environments

OMNI is a low-noise, low-maintenance and environmentally friendly electric platform cart. Steering and traction are fully electric, with AC brushless motors and battery power. This OMNI cart can also be designed for use in hazardous areas.

Suitable for different types of flooring

Hydraulic suspensions, mechanical axle oscillation and various wheel options allow OMNI to operate effectively even on uneven outdoor surfaces, ensuring uniform load distribution. For applications that require movement between indoor and outdoor areas, Morello can configure an outdoor omnidirectional trolley according to floor conditions, gradients and operating environment.
