Morello specializes in designing and manufacturing heavy-duty electric pallet trucks with a remarkable load capacity of up to 100 tons.

These versatile machines combine the practicality of an ultra-low loading platform with the functionality of a liftable platform.

Thanks to these features, Morello’s electric pallet trucks can safely handle extremely heavy loads without relying on overhead or standard cranes, significantly increasing operator safety.

Simply position the load on suitable steel pallets (custom-designed by Morello if required), and the pallet jack can be placed underneath to lift and transport it anywhere within your facility. Alternatively, loads can be positioned on supports, such as wooden blocks, allowing the pallet truck to lift and relocate them to other supports in different areas.

All of this is possible with loads of up to 100 tons!

Given the substantial payloads involved, all of Morello’s heavy-duty electric pallet trucks are equipped with power steering to reduce operator fatigue.

While we offer electric pallet trucks with a steering bar, most customers prefer control via pendant push-button panel or radio remote control, which minimizes the steering radius and provides effortless maneuverability.

Our heavy-duty electric pallet trucks are battery powered and available with lead-acid or lithium-ion batteries. Lithium batteries are often favored for their flexibility and long lifespan, as well as their ability to recharge rapidly. They can be topped up in just a few minutes during breaks or shift changes, restoring full power, while a complete recharge from empty takes approximately 2 hours.

Morello offers a range of pallet jack models with standard dimensions and features, as well as fully customizable versions. Options include two forks or a single loading bed, tailored lengths and widths, variable speeds, climbing capabilities, and wheels designed for uneven flooring.
