We produce wheeled AGVs for automated material handling across a wide variety of industries. These vehicles operate autonomously, without the need for an onboard operator or physical guidance systems such as rails.

This enables us to tailor every aspect of our heavy-duty AGVs, from the cart’s geometry to navigation paths and automation logic, fully aligning with the customer’s production workflow.
Our solutions include omnidirectional automated guided carts, systems capable of supporting multiple navigation technologies simultaneously, and AGVs designed to interface with various management systems such as automated warehouses and integrated machinery. We also specialize in ATEX-certified AGV carts.
ATEX-certified AGVs for hazardous environments
MORELLO is among the first companies in the world to design AGVs specifically for hazardous environments. Drawing on extensive expertise in ATEX applications, we design and manufacture AGVs compliant with ATEX Zone 2 regulations. These explosion-proof automated guided carts significantly enhance safety by reducing operator exposure in high-risk areas, helping to minimize incidents and improving overall workplace protection.
