Each transporter is multidirectional, meaning it can move in any direction, including standard steering, turning on its own axis, and diagonal or compass movements. Morello designed and manufactured an electric platform truck to heavy duty material handling inside dies industries.
This electric platform truck is used to freely transport heavy molds and other kind of loads around the factory without any constraint, as rails or power supply cables.
Despite its high capacity this battery powered trolley has a very high maneuverability thanks to its axles, both steering. Every axle can steer by 35°, keeping the steering radius very small and allowing to this battery platform truck to operate in very narrow places.
This battery powered trolley is equipped with solid rubber wheels, in order to travel without any problem, as on concrete floor as on asphalt floor. The rubber wheels are non-marking type and do not leave any mark on resin and painted floors.
It can be controlled by a wired pendant panel and by a potentiometric remote controller. It is very easy to maneuver and not do need any specific expertise to be used.
This truck is powered by a standard lead-acid battery that guarantee an autonomy without any charge of 6000 meters approx. It can be supplied with a higher battery autonomy, depending on customer needs.

Morello designed and manufactured an electric platform cart to transport heavy loads inside manufacturing industries.
This electric platform cart can transport up to 60 tons distributed on its loading deck.
It has both axle steering, in order to operate also in narrow spaces, despite its dimensions.
This battery trolley is designed to operate in harsh conditions. It can travel on uneven floors thanks to superelastic tyres and an oscillating axle, allowing a good load compensation on wheels. This battery platform cart is very well protected by dust and water by a complete fairing all around and electrical components rated IP 65 or higher.
Furthermore it is equipped with very powerful motors that allow to climb up to 10% slope with all 60 tons on it.
The speed of this battery trolley reach 50 m/min and it can be improved on request.
It is designed to operate for 1 or 2 shifts a day since it is equipped with an 80 volts battery with an autonomy of 14 km approx. If the trolley needs to be used more than 14 km a day it is possible to be supplied with bigger batteries.
To the load containment there are n° 6 beams on each long side; they can be easily removed to transport various kind of loads, even bigger than loading deck dimension.
